I’m a little bit behind on the latest releases of ServiceNow it seems. We just upgraded our first instance to Vancouver, smooth like always, and I was just surprised by the UI changes in some areas. It felt at first glance like a new system. I definitely should upgrade and play more within my PDI on the latest releases.
One of my favorites for a new look and feel is the application manager. It looks more like the ServiceNow store and you get a lot more information than within the classic application manager. I was impressed to see the dependencies on apps without much searching or looking at the installation popup to see what will be updated or installed. It is so clean and the best besides the optics is, that it loads faster!
Give it a try, you will not miss the old application manager I guess.
